Megan Webster

Megan Webster is the Outreach Program Manager at the University of Wisconsin Center for Cooperatives, where she plays an integral role in engaging with a diverse portfolio of cooperatives and cooperative leaders. She leads the planning and advancement of UWCC’s national conference, CCMA, and takes pride in curating relevant, timely content that supports cooperative leadership development. Megan is passionate about creating spaces that foster connection, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas. She also develops and implements communication strategies that promote UWCC’s initiatives and highlight cooperative best practices.

Before joining the Center for Cooperatives, Megan spent seven years with the World Council of Credit Unions, implementing and researching international development programs for financial cooperatives. She earned a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

In her free time, Megan enjoys canoeing and reading, and spending time with her husband and their two sons.
