Details About Participating

In 2021, we invited a sample of enterprises that reflect the diversity of the American cooperative community to participate in an online survey and follow-up interviews. Cooperatives selected into the 2021 sample received details about how to complete the survey in October via emails to their CEO, General Manager, or person responsible for governance. The first CGRI survey yielded enthusiastic responses from 500 cooperatives representing a broad range of industries, sizes, ages, and geographies!

We plan to administer the survey again in late 2023 or early 2024. If you would like your cooperative to have the opportunity to participate in the next round of data collection, please complete the form below. Click here to view the full 2021 CGRI questionnaire. Participation in CGRI is voluntary and confidential, and no individual cooperative will be identifiable in the final results.
