Jesús Vargas Gutierrez

Jesús is a bilingual professional with over 20 years of experience in negotiation and collaboration, dedicated to supporting Latino communities. Fluent in Spanish and English, he has built strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, especially through his work at the University of Wisconsin’s Division of Extension. With a background in project management and language instruction, he helps bridge cultural and educational gaps, ensuring better opportunities for those he serves.

As a technology and Spanish instructor, Jesús empowers students with essential skills for career growth and cultural understanding. His goal is to continue making a positive impact by using grant funding to support Latino communities in achieving their aspirations and improving their quality of life.
